I have found another fun board game to share with you all. This one is called Tiki Topple by Gamewright. This one is a 2008 Mensa Select game even but don’t think it is hard to play at all. It is actually a very simple and quick game.
You can play with 2, 3, or 4 players. You play in just a few rounds. Each player gets a Tiki card that shows the order of the top 3 tiki color blocks you want to try and get. You use just a few other cards to move the various tiki pieces up and down the board to help get yours in the order on your card. The trick is, the other players are trying for different tikis in different orders at the same time. The rounds are short, just about 10 minutes or so each. They recommend ages 10+, but I think if you have a child who really is into board games you could go a bit younger even if you wanted.
Hubby and I seem to be evenly matched with this game. He likes this game since it is not a word or trivia game (I tend to kick his butt on those). T still has not tried this game with us but I’m not sure why. It is fun and quick, make sure to try it if you have the chance!
