Goody Green BagGoody Green Bag is offering a special discount in time for Mother’s Day shopping – free shipping on all orders of $25 or more until May 15.

I have been proud of myself for using reusable bags, but I tend to buy them in the store I shop and in my mind I feel funny using bags from one store in another store. Crazy I know, but it is just how I feel. So I have been on the hunt for bags that are not labeled with a particular store name on them. Goody Green Bag is one that I will be reviewing soon – so stay tuned.

If your mom likes to shop a few of these would be a great gift. If she isn’t a big shopper, they are also a great gift wrap idea. Instead of buying the typical gift bags, buy a reusable bag like this and put the other gift inside – now it is two gifts in one!

The bags seem great. I like how they fold but are still stylish. Thanks for the review :)

love how these bags fold up!

Isn’t it weird this new stigma that reusable bags are creating? I feel weird about bringing my Raley’s bags into Safeway, like they’re going to be mad at me for going to a different grocery store.

I know what you mean about using store specific bags at another store, awkward. I bought mine from Baggu + love love love them! I always get compliments + asked where I bought them.

I guess I’m the weird one then… I don’t care where I am — if someone is going to take issue with the fact that I have a bag from Store A in Store B it is their problem, not mine!!!! Nevertheless, the cuter the bag, the more likely I’ll be to carry it….

I understand that strange feeling about bringing a bag from one store into another store, especially if I’m a frequent shopper at one of the two places. I feel as if I’m betraying them.

I really love the idea of using a reusable bag as your gift bag.

I just bought a greenshopper bag that folds up to the size of a wallet. I love that it is small enough to fit in my purse so that I can keep it with me when I go shopping rather than lugging around my big grocery store bags.
