I have grown up eating Campbell’s soups. That red and white can was always in our cupboard growing up, and it now is always in my own cupboard in my home. Campbell’s has made some changes, for the better, to their kids soups recently. As we all become more aware of healthier eating, so are the companies, like Campbell’s. Now they have reduced the sodium in all their kids soups to meet the government criteria for “healthy” foods. This includes the SpongeBob soup, and my personal favorite, Chicken and Stars (which I eat about once a week for lunch).
Another favorite in our house is V8 V-Fusion juice. This is 100% juice and each 8oz glass delivers a full serving of vegetables AND a full serving of fruit. The flavor is all fruity goodness though – Pomegranate Blueberry is one of our favorite flavors.
These are really products that I buy each week for my family and we really enjoy them. During the winter months you just can’t beat a nice hot bowl of soup to warm you up. We also struggle a bit getting all of our servings of veggies & fruits in during the colder months – so the V8 V-Fusion juice helps us get back up to speed effortlessly.
