Spotter this via @Butterball on twitter today – it’s National Thaw Day (look for #nationalthawday on twitter). If you are using a frozen turkey and want to thaw in the fridge it needs 1 day for every 4 pounds to thaw out. Do your calculations and make sure you get started thawing on time.
