What’s on your Thanksgiving menu?

I have started the Thanksgiving meal. Taylor and I hit the grocery store this morning and I started cooking a few things earlier this afternoon. Over the years, I have learned to keep things simple so I don’t stress myself out. Here is what we are having…

Port Wine Cheese Ball & Crackers
(One of my favorite nibbles)

Nancy’s Seafood Crab Cakes
(A new nibble we are trying)

Deep Fried Turkey
(my brother & Hubby are on turkey duty – they made this last year and it’s yummy)

Turkey Gravy
(so I’m cheating and bought a package mix, but some people need gravy)

Chipotle-Cranberry Sauce
(I found the recipe in Bon Appetit Magazine. I made this today and it is amazing!)

Crispy Potato Roast
(This is from Everyday Food Magazine. Simple thin sliced potatoes, you can’t go wrong)

Cheesy Green Bean Casserole
(This is Hubby’s favorite holiday food. I’m using Tara from Feels Like Home’s recipe this year)

Candied Sweet Potatoes
(This is Taylor’s favorite holiday food. I’m using Tara’s recipe for this also)

Stove Top Stuffing
(Yep, you heard me, I’m using the box! I love it and it is super quick & easy!)

Cranberry Bread
(Another requested item from Taylor)

King’s Hawaiian Dinner Rolls
(mmmmmm)

Lindsay Italian Seasoned Olives
(It’s not a meal without an olive tray, right?)

Pumpkin Pie & Mincemeat Pie
(Courtesy of my mother in law)

Are you cooking or going somewhere else for Thanksgiving dinner? What’s on your menu? Share your recipe links if you like and take pictures and share with me after the meal too!

I'm going to my parents' house for Thanksgiving. We forgo the turkey for Thanksgiving and do homemade lasagna instead.

Sound yummy Robyn, I go by my parents too, but I bring desert, so My dad requested my Chocolate Bourbon pecan pie, in the oven as I type. Happy Thanksgiving

Sounds great, wish I was invited:)
My Thanksgiving is a bit of a disaster this year. My oven has been broken since Spring & you really need one on Thanksgiving. I had to cook the turkey somewhere else today…tomorrow I am making stuffing, cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes, lipton rice & lipton noodles(one kid hates potatoes). I also need to make corn, beans & broccolli, to please all 5 kids. On Thanksgiving, everyone gets what they love :) My mom was sweet enough to make some candied seet potatoes for me today. I will have to forgo the ovenbaked rolls & pies this year…Hope you have a fantastic Thanksgiving with your family – enjoy :)
