It’s that time of year, party after party. In your own home it’s nice to have a variety of yummy treats for your guests to snack on, but even if you need to take something to another location you want something delicious and easy.
I was able to try Nancy’s Frozen Appetizers. My selection was the Seafood Crabcakes because this is not something I would normally make from scratch (it is hard to get fresh seafood in St. Louis). These are super easy to prepare, just unpack, set on a cooking sheet, back for 10 minutes. Presto – instant bites! Taylor was the only one who wasn’t a fan of Nancy’s Seafood Crabcakes, he wasn’t sure why exactly, but that left more for the rest of us. Hubby really liked this and popped them in his mouth quickly. They are not overly fishy and have lots of other flavors mixed in. Plus, if you wanted, you could easily pass these off as homemade I think.
