Did you know you can take a screen shot of your iPhone? I’ve posted different screen shots of apps on my iPhone over the past several months and I’ve had a few people ask how to do it. It is super simple!
Just hold down the home button (the round one at the bottom) and the sleep button (the small one on the top right) at the same time. Your screen will flash and you will hear a camera shutter sound (if sounds are on). That’s it!
Now go to your Photos and into your camera roll. You will see your 
screen shots right there. You can email them, send them via MMS, you can transfer via your cable, whatever you like. See I told you, EZ PZ!
The screen shot on the left is just of my main desktop on my iPhone. The one on the right is a screen shot of the iPod app on my iPhone. (click either to enlarge). This works within other apps too.
