I just started adding as part of my giveaways, the ability to get an extra entry by sharing the giveaway on Facebook. The instructions say to leave a direct link, but many of you seem unsure on how to do this. I promise it is painless – just as easy doing direct links for Twitter messages.
You can see in this screen shot from my wall on Facebook that under my postings there is a time stamp of sorts. I’ve circled them all in red so you can see them. Once you share the giveaway on Facebook, simply click on this time stamp and the screen will refresh with just that item showing. Copy that link (URL) and paste it into your comment on my giveaway page to gain your extra entry.
See, I told you it was easy! Feel free to practice pasting your Facebook links here if you like – but remember, for my giveaways your link needs to be on the giveaway post comments, not here.
