This is from their kit – it’s an easy and good standby. I just add broccoli (or other veggies) to round out the meal.
Friday
French Onion Soup & Roast Beef Sandwiches with Caramelized Onions
I’m making a large batch of caramelized onions which I will use to make the soup easily plus we will have some hot roast beef sandwiches with the caramelized onion as a topping on some crusty bread and a little cheese.
Saturday
Beef Stew
The family is coming over to celebrate my uncle and cousin’s birthdays and play games. I made stew for them before and they all seemed to love it, so I’m making it again. Birthday cakes and desserts are coming with other folks.
Sunday
Leftovers/Whatever Night
Everyone seems to have a different name for cleaning out the fridge, we call it “whatever night”. That means you can eat whatever you can find in the house.
Monday
Homemade Pizza
This is a favorite of mine. I make up the dough and everyone gets their own pizza that way. Part of the fun is all of us sitting around making our pizzas just the way we like them.
