Taylor started school Tuesday and went again on Wednesday, but then we had a snow storm come thru St. Louis Wednesday night so his first snow day was already today. A little while ago we found out it is called off again for tomorrow. Taylor and his buddy JKlol are celebrating by having a sleepover and they decided to make Triple Chocolate Chunk Muffins. Duncan Hines had sent me this mix a while back and I kept meaning to make them, but well, you know how it is. Tonight was finally their night and the boys whipped up the Duncan Hines Triple Chocolate Chunk Muffins and did a great job. Oh, by the way, these are 100% whole grain muffins!
