So last week Apple announced the iPad (yeah, I know the name sucks). The iPad looks like a giant iPod touch for the most part, which is cool, but I’m not sure that I need that since I already have a laptop and an iPhone. Then today, I see some concepts for Google’s answer to the iPad, this is via The Chromium Project, a Google tablet. For some reason this is more appealing to me, but I have no idea why.
Regardless of which one anyone prefers, I think we are going to see more and more of these much thinner tablets and they are going to have more and more capabilities as time goes on. It seems that women would be more likely to adapt these tablets first since we already carry bags around, we can just toss them in our purses and take them with us.
