Putting those Pinterest word quotes on display

One of the things I really like on Pinterest are the wonderful quotes and motivational words I find, I have my own word board. The only problem is that once I pin them I do not see them again that often unless I’m looking at my own boards. Problem solved – I’m putting my favorites on display around my house. Here is quick tutorial on how I am doing this.
STEP 1: Find your favorite Pinterest quotes and print them out. Simply click on the pin to bring it up on its on page, then right click and print the image. Your browser may work a bit differently, but you get the idea.
STEP TWO: Cut out your quotes – you just want to trim the paper down a bit.
STEP THREE: Apply adhesive to your cut out quotes. I use my Xyron machine for this, but a glue stick will work just fine also. Now apply the quote to a piece of colored or decorative paper of your choice. I used cardstock because it is sturdy and will hold up well when placing around the house.
STEP FOUR: Cut out around the cardstock to create a border. I use both regular and decorative edge scissors. It is totally your choice. Now they are ready to display.
STEP FIVE: Display where you like. I used some 3M Command Picture Clips here in my office to hang up mine. You can see the little clips at the bottom of these two quotes. You can also use magnets on the fridge, frame them, pin to a cork board, or whatever suits your needs. If you have quotes that are on a very dark background, consider creating them again on your own in Paint or another program on your computer using a pretty font. Another idea, if you really like the original background, is to print it out at a Kodak Kiosk as a photo – this way you get that really nice image you love on nice paper without going through a ton of your own ink on your home printer. If you have a lot of quotes just rotate them. Keep them together and every week or so change them out to keep your inspiration and motivation fresh!
