Chambord Ice Tea

While there are lots of parties and events to take part in at BlogHer, one of my favorite things is to just hang out with folks in smaller groups. The Hilton New York has a couple of nice bar areas and my friend @RachelFerrucci and I spotted a drink, Chambord Ice Tea, on the menu and knew we had to try it.

These go down very easily! I had the same drink again (or several) on Thursday night also and I’m sure there will be a few more in my future.Chambord Ice Tea

  • 1 oz Chambord
  • 1 oz light rum
  • 1 oz vodka
  • 1 oz gin
  • 1 oz tequila
  • 1 oz Triple Sec
  • 1 1/2 oz sweet and sour mix

Put ingredients together over ice and shake. Pour into glass and garnish with lemon wedge

That looks delicious! I love Chambord, but am never quite sure what to do with it.

No clue what Chambord is- the drink looks like iced tea but I betcha it packs more of a punch than tea :P Hope you are having a wonderful time- the pics look like a blast that you are tweeting.

Wowzer, that one will surely knock you down!  I bet you can’t drink more than one!  Chambord is a lovely raspberry liquer, tasty in Kir Royale’s.

They certainly sound like they would go down easily…which isn’t so great an idea for a light-weight like me. One glass and I am ready for bed. ;-) Sounds great and also potent! I think I will have to give it a try when I am off work for the next day or even two days. ;-)

Wow, not even a splash of real tea. This does look good, I’m printing it out and making it for our Anniversary party. Thanks for the recipe.

There’s no ‘tea’ in this tea…but it looks refreshing

Ok, I thought maybe it was tea with some booze in it but wow! That is a lot of booze!!!! Of all their drinks that one may have actually been work $15 in alcohol;). The sip I had of your was tasty though;).

Ah, so it’s sort of a variation of a Long Island Ice Tea? I must make this soon! Sounds delish!!
