I am partial to Dimitry (as I am glad he won the finale!!), but Christopher’s was immaculate beyond conception–although I would have changed the bottom party to something less stiff.

The skyline dress is so amazing.. just perfect! Not a fan of the feather dress, it looks too young (maybe it’s just the model.. she looks a little high school cheerleader-y?)

I was shocked that Ven was eliminated! I’m not complaining
but, like you said, he usually makes better garments than this. I was
predicting that he would make it all the way to Fashion Week. Now that he is
out, I have no idea who will be the finalists. A few gals from my office at DISH
think it’s going to be Christopher, Dmitry, and Melissa, but it’s too soon to
tell. I can’t wait to find out! The only problem is that Project Runway is on
at the same time as X Factor and Glee, now that the new seasons have kicked
off. I’m glad that my Hopper DVR can record up to six things, or else Thursdays
would come with some tough choices. I hope Dmitry can pull off a win next!

That sparkly detail of the sky is impressive! I think I would like it better in red or another bold color, but I’m still impressed!

I like the top 2 dresses a lot. The bottom 3 look like badly done ice skating outfits to me. I actually like the silver dress better than the NY skyline only because it looks like you could move in it better.

I agree there. Again, I don’t like the feathers and think that a type of fringe would have given the dress an entirely different look or maybe even a different color as well.
I think I’m in a fringe type of mood.

Agree that the feather dress isn’t horrible, but I think it would be better for a younger girl, not a Rockette
