Samsung Galaxy SIII vs Apple iPhone 5 CLICK TO ENLARGE

I love this new ad from Samsung – it compares the Samsung Galaxy SIII to the iPhone 5. I will still be talking more about using my new SIII, but this ad says the side-by-side specs better than I could. For those wondering, yes I am still very pleased with my decision to switch to the SIII.

If you had to pick one, which would you choose? The Samsung Galaxy SIII or the Apple iPhone 5?

Disclosure: None, just sharing info with my readers.

I would choose the The Samsung Galaxy SIII. I’m really upset about everything I keep finding out about Apple labor practices. While I know similar things are happening at rival factories too, it’s Apple and the late Steve Jobs that keep being held up as an example of a successful American company for others to emulate and I’m just sick of it. I want companies to make products here in the US with American workers, and I don’t care that it would drive the price of products up, because if more people were employed with decent jobs, the economy would be better and people could afford to pay for the more expensive price.

Sorry for the rant, it’s an issue with me.

Samsung Galaxy SIII without even thinking about it. Our first cellphones were Samsungs and we just love them. Right now hubby has a Samsung Rugby and is very happy. I get to pick my new phone next month. :-)

well, i have always been an android girl, and the specs are pretty impressive on the galaxy s 3. iphone5 can’t stand up to it. i’m definitely going w the s 3 when the time comes. i was looking at the note, but i don’t know how much i would need the pen or the enormous screen. i have my galaxy tab for things like that even if it’s only wifi.

oh, and you know what? i shouldn’t have blocked that know-it-all young chick on instagram that told me that the new iphone wasn’t going to be called the iphone5, cos her daddy works for apple, and so she would KNOW better than anyone(this was prefaced by, not to be rude or anything lol). and some OTHER girl backed her up, cos her boyfriend works at apple, too. well, la-di-da lol i keep up with tech probably a little more than most people, but hayzeus cristo, man, those youngsters think they know EVERYTHING! lol

I am a fan of apple and love the products they put out. Though I would not buy the iPhone5 now, I am very much interested in the upgraded iPod Touch and it’s new features. Hoping to purchase later next month or the next. Go Apple!

what is your favorite new feature of the latest iPod touch?

      • GlArthy

The bigger screen (I will visit a store in the next two weeks to get hands-on) then I can say for sure what my fav feature would be. But the simplest of them all – the strap! No dropping nor tugging from my hands. From all the reviews – and I am still reading – this one ‘caught’ my attention. The rest? email on the go, tons of music, video (given) …

I’m an iPhone user and since I’m stuck on my plan lol I’ll continue to use it, and while I side with Samsung in the lawsuit-I tried a Samsung phone once and I couldn’t navigate it to save my life LOL. I also thought their phones were just too huge for my comfort/taste.

I would choose the Samsung galaxy Siii. I want one of these phones so bad!!! My fiancé is an apple lover and we have debates all the time which one is better lol. I feel like the iPhone is the pretty much the same as the iPhone 3.

You will want to limit how often and how many apps are gathering information in the background. GPS uses data, getting email updates, Facebook updates, automatically uploading new photos you take, etc. – all of those things can use data when you are not actively looking at your phone even.

Also make sure you use your own home wifi network (if you have one) when you are at home as when you do that it does not count towards your data usage at all.

This post talks about the data usage tools also http://www.robynsonlineworld.com/2012/09/using-data-usage-tools-on-samsung-galaxy-siii/
