Surrounding yourself with the right people can be so powerful. I have cut out some of the toxic “friends” from my life and even though it was not easy, it has been good for me. I have the most amazing supportive friends, family and husband. Now, I make sure that they know it.

I need to print something like this out. There are days I want to just quit because of the stress. Very motivating.

“Work Smarter, Not Harder” is one that really speaks to me. I do need to consult my list of goals & tasks regularly (and re-assess if necessary).

Doing the most difficult task first thing in the morning definitely helps me. I LOATHE working out but if I make myself go to the gym first thing in the morning, then my day goes much better. I feel good for actually exercising and I love knowing that it’s over and done with for the rest of the day.

Agreed – getting the dreaded exercise out of the way is nice and it actually does make me feel better the rest of the day

I really need to start the week by eating the frog. I like to do the easy things first and spend too much time avoiding the most difficult, yet needed to do things. I need to rethink my week and my actions. Thanks.
