7 Reasons to Own a Wireless Bluetooth Speaker like the Bose SoundLink Mini | RobynsOnlineWorld.com #Bose #VZWBuzz I have mentioned wireless Bluetooth speakers several times before. Today I’m going to share seven reasons why you should own one. Some people may balk at the price of a good one, about $200, but it is something you will use constantly and have for a long time. The most recent one I own, provided to me by Verizon as part of my being a #VZWBuzz Lifestyle Ambassador, is the Bose SoundLink Mini Wireless Bluetooth speaker and it is amazing!

  • Versatility

Unlike older types of speakers, a wireless Bluetooth speaker is extremely versatile in that it will work with any Bluetooth enabled device you own. You can use it with your computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone. Change your mind easily to and go from one device to another with the speaker.

  • Sound Quality

Overall, I am pretty impressed with the sound quality that comes out of these small speakers. The Bose SoundLink Mini though definitely is the favorite one that I own for actual sound quality. Remember that you do get what you pay for in these wireless speakers. If you buy a cheap $30 one you will not be happy with the sound. Make the investment in a good one.

  • Easy To Use

It only takes a few seconds to pair your speaker with your device via Bluetooth. Once you do it, it will be ready to go in the future as long as the speaker and your device are on. If you are not sure if your devices have Bluetooth check for Bluetooth symbol or options for Bluetooth in your device settings. There is no need to have internet connectivity to use one of these speakers either if the music you have is stored on your device. You can use it as a portable radio though as well if you have your device connected to the internet and stream your favorite music service like Nokia MixRadio, Pandora, Xbox Music, etc.

  • Portability

Take it anywhere, inside or out! I love being able to move my wireless speaker to any room in the house easily with no reprogramming or cords needed. When the weather is nice my family and I sit outside on the patio often and we grab our wireless speaker and take it outside with us. It really can go anywhere with you.

  • Small size

There are different sizes of the wireless Bluetooth speakers available, but I love the smaller ones the best. It just adds to the portability factor plus it will fit just about anywhere. Perfect for people who have tiny apartments, small dorm rooms, or even campers this summer.

  • Long Battery Life

You don’t have to plug a wireless speaker in all the time. Most have several hours of battery life. The Bose SoundLink Mini has up to 7 hours!

  • Better than computer speakers

While some of us use desktop computers and may have some decent speakers, many still have just some stock speakers that are not that great. If you work on a laptop your sound may be even worse. There is no need to buy specific computer speakers now, instead get a wireless Bluetooth speaker to use with your computer plus all your other devices.

Do you own a wireless Bluetooth speaker? If not, what has prevented you from buying one?

I have an HMDX mini “Jam Classic” bluetooth speaker, which works fine for me…the Bose SoundLink Mini does look amazing though!

Somehow I have never thought about using my mini Bluetooth speaker with my computer. I have got to try this!

My husband and I have been eyeing Bose products for quite some time! However we haven’t quite been able to “fit” it into the budget. We just paid off our car, so maybe we can squeeze it in! Thanks!

Hubby has loved Bose for many many years. One of his prized things when we met many years ago was his speakers. He has a set of 301’s and 501’s and really loves their products. He would love Bose in wireless!

Yes, I have a blue tooth speaker. I love mine. I have mine in my bicycle basket and play while I ride to the local store. It just makes me happy.

I had wondered about these speakers and they look compact and would be perfect for my laptop.

Yes! The smaller ones are perfect with laptops – much better than the built in speakers in laptops

Thank you for the information. We don’t own a wireless speaker although hubby talks about it. I never really understood till now!
