In the Kitchen Without the Heat: Great No-Cook Recipes! Ideas for breakfast, lunch, and dinner  | RobynsOnlineWorld.com

The mercury is on the rise and that means there are certain days that it is just too hot to turn on the stove or oven in the house. I have curated a collection of recipes that require no traditional cooking with heat. Some of the dishes are completely raw, some use prepared foods, and some rely on cooking with things like acidic juices. The collection is a sponsored opportunity with Foodie.com, but the collection was completed curated by me alone from some of my own recipes and others found online.

Now for my readers who tend to say they are picky eaters, please do not quickly pass up on these items. I promise you that if you give these a chance you will find some that you like. The Caprese Salad is liked by most people with its simple ingredients. There are two smoothies recipes, and who does not love a good smoothie? I’ve even included a no-bake breakfast item that the kids will love.

    Nice! I don’t like to cook as often in the summer. My favorite of the ones that you shared is the Caprese Salad with Garlic Balsamic Dressing, because I love love love baby mozzarella balls…and the Raw Vegetable Milhojas would be lovely for a summer dinner party. Thanks!

    I love caprese salad. It even tastes good with pasta added to it if you cut up the cheese and tomatoes smaller.
