disclosureGreat Graduation Gifts at Best Buy (sponsored)
This year my own son has graduated from high school and has already moved out even. Wow – seems impossible, but it is true. While T really loves technology items, he actually has a lot of things already so after checking out Best Buy’s Grad Gift Guide I found some practical gift ideas in the Moving Out section of the guide.

Let’s face it, young adults his age love pizza but it can get pretty pricey. They have a Stone Bake Pizza Oven that I know T would get a lot of use of. One thing he has always been good at is being a good host when he has guests over and providing them with food and drinks. With this he can cook frozen pizzas or make his own creations because he always enjoyed homemade pizza night when he lived at home.

There are a lot of other great gift ideas for the graduate who is moving out on their own or headed off to college too. Such as…

  • Amazon Fire TV
  • Ninja Blender
    Everyone needs a blender!
  • 4-Slice Toaster Oven
  • Beats by Dr. Dre Pill Portable Stereo Speaker
  • Samsung 32” Class LED 1080p Smart HDTV
He would really love this too – I may have to add that to the gift list from Mom & Dad
  • Sony Smart Wi-Fi Built-In Blu-ray Player
  • Game of Thrones Season 3 Blu-ray & DVD
  • LG Microwave + Pizza Oven
  • Frigidaire 3.1 Cu. Ft. Compact Refrigerator
Great for those headed off to college in the fall
  • iTunes Gift Card $50
  • Xbox One Console
  • Xbox One Titanfall
  • Keurig Elite Single-Serve Brewer
This is another great item. T grew up with a Keurig at home so I’m sure he would appreciate this – although he may be swiping K-Cups when he visits us!
  • Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 – 16GB Tablet
  • Zaggkeys Folio Keyboard Case
  • Asus Transformer T100 32GB Tablet
  • Lenovo IdeaTab A1000 16GB Tablet
  • HP Slate 7 Plus 7 Tablet
  • HP Envy Wireless e-All-in-One Printer
Okay, this is tech, but he needs a printer
  • Tech21 Shell Case for Samsung Galaxy S5 Cell Phones
  • mophie Juice Pack Powerstation Mini
  • Hoover WindTunnel 2 Vacuum
Definitely need to get a vacuum for his new place!
  • Hamilton Beach Set & Forget Stay or Go Slow Cooker
  • Thule Crossover Backpack

My neice graduated and I gave her money but I agree Best Buy is a good choice. I especially like your choice of a pizza oven or a toaster. People often forget items like this that young adults need! My niece is staying at home still so I had to go a different way and she likes money :)

Money is always welcomed for sure – I’m more of a gifty kind of a person though. Much to my nephew and son’s dismay LOL

I would have never thought about a lot of the gifts you listed. That’s a great selection. Now if only I was graduating.

Well you can get one for yourself just because :-)

We are not shopping for any graduates this year, but I think tech gifts and decorations for the dorm room are always fun to give.

Best Buy is like Toyland to my husband. He loves to just go in and walk around and see what’s new. His birthday is coming up so maybe I will suggest to the kids to get him a gift card for his gift.
