Servce Up Summer Seasonal Fruit & Veggie Recipes - Foodie Collection | Summer is here and there are going to be lots of amazing fresh fruits and vegetables available in your own garden, local farmer’s market, roadside stands, and your grocer. has asked me to again curate a collection of recipes (I’m compensated for doing this), this time with a focus on this delightful summer produce.

While my vegetarian readers will love this collection, so will the rest of you I think. I tried to include both savory dishes like a classic gazpacho soup and sweet dishes like a plum pie. Of course, it would not be a complete collection without a cocktail or two like the Strawberry Moonshine Julep.

Just click on the images below to go to the recipes. You can scroll by using the arrows on the sides. If you cannot see the collection below please visit it at this link:

Refrigerator pickles of course and my cucumbers are just now at the right size. I also think the grilled watermelon looks interesting I never would have thought of that!

My favorite summer food is watermelon (no cooking needed)!
The recipe I would especially like to try is the one for Cheese Stuffed Zucchini.
Nice collection!
