It is going to be 77 degrees today, so I’m not sure that qualifies as autumn weather, but I’m not complaining. Nice collection! I would especially like to try the Salted Caramel Apple Pie and the Oatmeal Pumpkin Muffins.

We are actually having a warm weekend. Mid-70’s today, 80 tomorrow! Luckily it is short lived because I like the cooler weather.

Right? They look adorable and the recipe sounds good too. I’m not much of a baker but I may give those a try.

AGREED on all counts. LOL I only bake during Thanksgiving and sometimes Winter Solstice. But otherwise, I am one lazy cook! LOL

Great collection. I have got to try making the Hard Apple Cider Bread Pudding with Cinnamon Whisky Sauce. It looks amazing!

The pot roast with mashed potatoes and gravy. My husband loves bread pudding so I might have to try that.

I’m one for Pot Roast, mashed potatoes & gravy even when it isn’t fall. It’s my go to meal when I deliver a meal to someone as well. So yummy and easy to make.

Most people think of fall as the time for soups and stews. But our family favorites are fixed year-round…..chili, beef stew, beef barley soup, crockpot roast beef, and of course, macaroni and cheese.
