I remember when the fake trees came oout some of those were as dangerous as real trees! Oh and some cities take the trees and will put them in lakes for habitat for fish (ours does) The last live tree we had was a potted one that I got to plant the next spring!

I love the weekly Infographic! I always find them so interesting and learn something from them. I really never thought about excessive kinking of wires being an issue. See you really do learn something new everyday! :)

These are great and important tid-bits of info for those of us who celebrate Winter Solstice, too! I get so scared when I see people driving by with those spray painted long needled trees! Egads! They are so dead and dry already that I am surprised they are allowed to even sell them!
