infographics logoYou all know I love unique holidays and celebrations and I just found out that August is Happiness Happens Month! This celebration is made for people like me! Being happy has got to be the best thing – I mean what is not to love about it?

This week’s infographic is all about the science of happiness. There are some really interesting facts about our brains and factors that influence our happiness in everyday life. Notice that exercise releases proteins and endorphins in our brain that make us happier too!

Make sure you check out the Secret Society of Happy People during August and take part in their 31-day challenge. This looks like a lot of fun! Follow #HHM2015 on your social networks to see how others are embracing this month as well.

On a scale of 1-10, with 10 being most happy, how would you rank your overall happiness in life?

Well, my happiness definitely fluctuates, but I am fairly optimistic and cheerful overall, so I would say 8 out of 10. Cool infographic!

I would rank my overall happiness in life a 6 or 7; still don’t have what I want, health is so, so…may never come.
